Welcome to the Monterey Heights Homes Association's Website!

We are a small neighborhood of 400 homes nestled on the western slope of Mt. Davidson.  We welcome you to become involved and participate in helping us sustain and improve our neighborhood and Association.

As a member of the Monterey Heights Homes Association you are welcome to attend any Board of Directors meeting. They are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month except August and December. Please check this website for meeting location as we alternate between members’ homes and the Community Room at the Taraval Police Station.

We also hold an annual Home Owners Association meeting, in the early fall, typically in late October (4th Tuesday).  Announcements are mailed approximately 30 days in advance of the meeting. Please also check this site for dates and locations of special meetings and events.  Thanks!
